Our Client is an established Main Contractor within the infrastructure sector and has a number of requirements working on HS2 enabling and civils packages.

Reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor and as part of the site project team, you will initially be involved on a number of projects including; new Compound, Major Structures & New Bridge works, Highway Realignment and Underpasses etc., delivered under NEC Option C contract upstream and A or B downstream.

The role will form part of a key commercial team to support the delivery of the works and our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with working knowledge of rail and highways schemes, experienced dealing with Change and is familiar with NEC contracts.

You will be collaborative in your working approach and commercially astute, working with their customers to deliver solutions that that generate reciprocated value.

Qualifications:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification and experience
NEC3 Contract experience
