A quick look at the role.

Managing Collections (I&C, Specialist Services and Municipal) business optimisation projects will be core to the role where we see a Continuous Improvement focus. We see you being accountable for building and maintaining project governance including; Project initiation document (PID), project plans, progress reports, integrated budget, resource plan, benefits documents and risks & issues reporting. Alongside a ‘hands-on' project management style we are looking for somebody who looks to drive continuous improvement across the business through their interest in Continuous improvement methodologies, running improvement workshops & identifying areas for improvement.

Here's what we require:

Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Line Management experience
Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent.
In-depth experience of the business processes covered by the specific project.
Excellent understanding of Biffa business, and it's customer, requirements.
Working as part of a senior, integrated management team, reporting to the executive.
Best practice examples of business solutions (specific to project scope & objectives).
Line Management experience
At least 3 years experience running CI projects with experience of lean and six sigmaBenefits
