SRS are working in tandem with an esteemed global forwarder looking for an experienced operator to work directly from their clients site based in Milton Keynes!

This is the perfect role for someone looking to move out of the day to day routine of the office, get onsite and hands on with a client in a senior role

Package:

Salary: £27-30K (Dependent on experience)
20 days + bank holidays within first year then on anniversary it will go up to 25 days + bank holiday
2 x salary for life insurance
Pension – automatic enrolment
5 days paid sickness on a rolling year.The Person:

3-5 years ops experience – Air, Road and Sea
Customer service mindset
Understanding of job costings and financial impacts
Able to read, write and understand an SOP
Results-orientated
FlexibleThe Role:

With being a senior role the right person must have the ability to lead the local team in the absence of the ops manager.
Handle transport via Air, Road and Sea.
Export documentation
Follow time sensitive SOP's and ensure KPI compliance
