SAP Administrator – 18mth FTC – Healthcare – Buckinghamshire – Competitive Salary plus bonus and benefits

The company is a market leader in the provision, service and support of diagnostic equipment to the healthcare sector. A further expansion of their team means they are now looking for a SAP Administrator.

This role is to be a crucial component within the Finance team as a change control administrator, ensuring all aspects within your own SAP 6.0 domain is maintained in the system. You will have to:

*Create, manage and process all data with regards to material change controls, maintenance and supply of materials with regards to our suppliers and customers.
*Responsible for the daily and weekly administration of the project (SAP Hana) inbox, transferring information and requests to our project database, for key users to review.
*Owning and maintaining our SharePoint ticket system, highlighting tasks, and reviews that are overdue.
*Ability to structure large amounts of data in excel so that key users or functional owners can review and identify discrepancies.
*Responsible for data cleansing and any support in the preparation of our migration to SAP Hana.
*Maintaining controlled documents as new processes and procedures develop, as a consequence of SAP Hana.
*Set up all new contracts in SAP, including master contracts for multiple sites and sales contracts for all other contracts with the SD contract lead
*Liaise with the Contracts team to ensure that all sales and distribution contracts are set-up within a timely manner.
*Ensure all contracts are recorded accurately including the financial breakdown of associated materials.
*Gathering, monitoring and reporting of monthly time sheets to group for the project
*Upholding business processes and maintaining the change request system in SharePoint, for compliance purposes.

The role provides the opportunity to be fully trained on FI/SD/MM modules on SAP 6.0 and develop your skill within a challenging and exciting environment.

As a candidate you will be engaging, enthusiastic and have a great energy about you. You must have an extensive understanding of SAP with materials management, vendor and customer master data changes. If you have SAP F1 or SAP Sales and Distribution experience, that would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be a confident, proactive, adaptable and friendly individual with a positive work ethic, capable of working as part of a team or taking their own initiative and good at building relationships both internally and externally.
