Sales Operations Manager, up to £50,000 plus company car, bonus and excellent benefits

As Sales Operations Manager, you will manage the administration and processing of Dealer & Fleet orders from UK Import Centre through to Dealer Network, ensuring a timely and efficient logistical transfer of Automotive products to the Dealer Network. Including supporting the management of logistics contracts. You will lead, coach and develop a team of 3 Coordinators.
Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
Manage, develop, and support Sales Desks, Fleet & Ops administration team, with daily tasks, allocation of key requirements such as stock allocation, monthly & quarterly end activities.
Support the Supply Chain Manager with process improvement
Support with stock management of aged stock, derogation vehicles, recall vehicles etc.
Preparing systems and reports for pre-Buying meetings.
Support with daily operations, such as KPI's, damaged vehicles dealer enquiries.
Invoicing and payment of suppliers
Maintain all daily & monthly reports for operations and stock covering New & Used vehicles.
We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Experience within Automotive logistics
Commercial acumen, with knowledge and understanding of Contract Law and Standard Transport Terms and Conditions
Knowledge of Automotive logistic operations & transport
Proficient with Microsoft packages, notably Excel
People management experience
Flexible in approach, with the ability to reprioritise and multi-task when required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative ethos and the ability to interact and influence a diverse range of people
Focused and resilient, with the ability to deliver effectively in a pressurised environment
High productivity, an acute attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
