Ability to load and unload products whilst maintaining their pristine condition
Good command of English, speaking, writing and reading

Has experience of Manual Handling EquipmentWhat will I be doing in the role?

Our Returns Co-Ordinators are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time, in perfect condition and always working with the customers' needs at the forefront. This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday from 1pm – 10pm.

To support our customers to succeed you will;

Be responsible for examining all goods returned from customers.
Ensure good stock products are returned to their correct location.
Ensure all faulty and damaged goods to be placed in quarantine area for inspection or return to manufacturer.
Maintain regular contact with manufacturers to ensure credits are received promptly.
Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area.
Pick goods for outgoing orders and placing in loading bay.
Prepare for and carry out regular stock takes in accordance with company procedures.
Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment
Carry out general housekeeping duties.
Assist with the loading of company vehicles and ensuring loads are safe and secure.
Ensure all activities are completed in line with current Health & Safety guidelines.
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, technology and regulations are maintained.
Assist with customers collecting goods in a professional manner.
