Your Individual Responsibilities as a Retail Stock & Order Controller are:
Correct creation & fulfilment of orders of stock and fixture items for your specified retail outlets, ensuring they are on time and to their requirements.
Analysing sales and product performance, sell-through and residual stock data received from retailers, merchandising partners and our own systems, to anticipate and maximise sales through accurate forecasting.
Analysis of sales reports and providing such to key stakeholders, publishers & retailers to agreed timetables.
Resolving in-store stock issues to ensure data is correct, accurate and up to date.
Processing of all returns and debit data.
Working closely with the Brokerage Controller, ensuring all are kept up to date with any issues in the supply of brokerage stock that will affect fulfilment of any demand.The ideal candidate will need to have a strong focus on customer service, have a natural inquisitiveness whilst being extremely organised, logical and methodical.
Some experience of stock control would be beneficial.
They will have a keen eye for detail and analytical skills to interrogate EPOS sales data and anticipate order volumes to maximise sales.
As well as an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to the business and key stake holders when presenting their findings and recommendations following sales report analysis.
This position would suit someone with a natural desire for learning, and continuous improvement.
Experience with Excel, SAP or similar MRP system desirable.
