PMP Recruitment is currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to come and join our amazing and energetic team in Milton Keynes, MK9 2AF. If you are looking for an exciting new challenge then this is the position for you!

Your pay rate as a full time Recruitment Resourcer will be £10.00 per hour

Working hours as a Recruitment Resourcer:

You will be working Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm but flexibility will be required to work longer hours if required and also commit to working weekends during busy periods.

Day to day:

To ensure that applicants are registered and selected in accordance with Company procedure and the hiring client's requirements
To ensure all daily applications for our adverts are contacted and correctly briefed on the role they have applied for and registration links are emailed
Assist site team with booking applicants for work, ensuring booking is done fairly amongst applicants and ensuring accurate shift and site information is given and the site team are fully aware of who is booked
To ensure all paperwork is completed in full, by both yourself and the applicant, and filed in the correct location
To demonstrate excellent customer service with everyone from applicants, colleagues, site teams, Managers. Ensure everyone visiting the branch is spoken to efficiently and politely
To help and support workers with day to day issues as they visit the branch, ensuring everyone is treated fairly and efficiently
Ensure the branch phone is answered in a timely manner and all queries are dealt with efficiently and fairly
At times you may be required to support the recruitment at other locations, sites or job fairs as required by the Business. You may also be required to support other team members or departments in the branch during busy periodsOur ideal candidate as a Recruitment Resourcer will be:
