We are looking for a talented and driven Resource Planner to join our team in Milton Keynes, MK17 7AB! This is an opportunity for you to take on a strong leadership role in optimising operations!

Our client offers fashion, design and services that enable people to be inspired and to express their own personal style. You will be helping to deliver the next trend in fashion working on behalf of one of the world's largest fashion retailers.

You will receive an excellent pay rate as a Resource Planner:

£30,000 to £35,000 per annum

Day-to-day as a Resource Planner:

As a Resource Planner, you will ensure full end-to-end staff capacity optimization across inbound and outbound operations and optimize stock availability.

Plan and schedule short-term staff capacity based on the latest supply and demand forecasts.
Optimize staff hours across all In and Outbound functions of the DC.
Closely align with operational Inbound and Outbound departments.
Manage short-term needs to DC associate teams, including day-to-day communication with the agencies.
Monitor temp agencies to deliver according to plan and ensure manpower.
Continuously work on improving planning routines, tools and new ways of working.

Strong knowledge of staffplanner and 13WP2/Takt Tracker.
Ability to make business-minded decisions that aid the efficiency of the DC processes.
Strong understanding of product flow within an OMNI channel automated DC.
You have very strong analytical and technical (Excel) skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline orientated environment.
Logistics management experience.
Fully flexible including weekends.
