We are seeking experienced, successful indivduals to fulfil our Resourcer roles on an established Central Resourcing Team with extensive growth opportunities:

Resourcing of high-quality candidates for roles and other positions currently being recruited for by the team.
Continually resourcing candidates to build a pool of high quality candidates in specific areas as outlined by the Head of Resourcing
Promote our current vacancies online and be the forefront of the review process for inbound applications.
Contacting applicants to assess their suitability for the role and our company.
Build relationships and gain an understanding of the candidate’s needs.
To arrange and conduct telephone interviews, filter out unsuitable candidates and, where possible, invite suitable candidates for a face-to-face interview/registration.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy on our database in both adding and updating candidate records.
Help to manage candidates through the recruitment process, organising interviews, providing feedback and preparing them prior to being sent out to work.
Working closely with the Head of Resourcing to build client/job specific adverts to be placed on various job boards.
We're looking for individuals to take full autonomy of the overall service delivery to our existings clients, creating a busy but vibrant environment.

In order to succeed you’ll need to demonstrate a passion for developing your career, recruitment isn’t a 9-5 industry but the rewards can be exceptional, our people thrive on working in a fast paced, lively working environment, you’ll be confident, highly motivated and with excellent communication skills, have the ability to converse at all levels of management both internall and externally.

Previous recruitment experience, transport knowledge is preferable.
