Silent Sounds Communications Ltd is a rapidly expanding agency, based in High Wycombe, offering interpreting and translation services to the UK’s public sector. We are currently looking for a confident, motivated and outgoing administrator to join our friendly recruitment team. The role requires a pro-active and organised individual, who will work closely with the Recruitment Manager, to help co-ordinate end to end recruitment campaigns across various locations in the UK.
Key duties:
• supporting the recruitment team with efficient administration and on boarding of new recruits;
• placing adverts on external sites;
• ensuring freelancers’ agreements are signed;
• completing employment checks and validating freelancers’ documents;
• issuing freelancers’ ID Badges;
• maintaining the database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date and freelancers are compliant;
• undertaking different or additional duties, in line with business requirements, when necessary.
You must:
• have previous office experience;
• have excellent communication, organisational and research skills;
• be accurate and pay great attention to detail;
• be able to multi-task under pressure, manage time and priorities effectively;
• possess problem-solving skills;
• be pro-active and a good team player;
• have an intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
