We are shortlisting for a brand new opportunity with a prominent UK food business offering a vast range of products to their customers.

This business are investor's in their people and believe me they do not recruit that often so if an opportunity with them comes to the market you don't need to think twice about it!

If you are a technically talented candidate with a sound knowledge quality management systems and food safety processes.
Your main duties will be to support, review, write and update of procedures, complaint handling and resolution, report on non conformances and preventative actions, data analysis and trending, micros and testing schedules ensuring products are compliant and food safety and quality standards are met.

Supporting the Technical and Quality function of the business, excellent attention to detail is required as well as a champion of continuous improvement and the ability to adapt in a fast moving environment.

You must have UK food manufacturing experience, knowledge of HACCP and exposure to BRC and retailers would be advantageous.
Food Technology/Food Science or related degree is desirable.
Confident communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise with members of staff and customers.
The position will suit a forward thinking and affable individual who works well in a team and with a keen passion for delivering and with good organisational skills.
