Procurement Administrator

£24,000 per annum (Permanent role)

Milton Keynes (car driver due to location)

Reporting to head of brokered supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring:

Maximum fulfilment of brokered stock is ordered
Forecasting of all demand to ensure correct volume of stocks held on consignment
Analysing sales and product performance and sell-through rates to the sales team to assist the development of future sales, as well as providing the necessary reports to key stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply-chain process.
The running and checking of self-billing including invoicing and debiting for the suppliers is done on time.
Ensuring products are on the system and are correct
Ensuring catalogue of products is full and up to dated.
Ensuring all key stakeholders in the supply chain are informed of any issues in the supply of brokerage stock.What we are looking for :

You will have a keen eye for detail and analytical skills to interrogate EPOS sales data and anticipate order volumes to maximise sales.

As well as an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to the business and key stake holders when presenting their findings and recommendations following sales report analysis.
