MPI Limited are recruiting for Operatives to work for a beverage can manufacturing factory based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

This role is an ongoing contract that works on a rotating shift rota of Days/Nights/Weekends.

Start: ASAP
Location: Northfield, Milton Keynes (MK15)
Duration: Ongoing. Working as part of a crew on a set shift pattern.
Shifts: Working a mixture of Days and Nights on a rotating shift pattern.
Shift Times: 07:45 – 19:45 (Days) / 19:45 – 07:45 (Nights) – 12 hour shifts. Paid for 11 hours of these.
Pay: £9.50 p/hr (Days) / £10.50 p/hr (Nights)
Duties: Working on a Production Line for a beverage can manufacturing factory either as a Palletiser or Sorter. This factory manufactures soda cans, energy drink cans, beer cans etc.
Palletiser – Working on the production line organising cans into pallets. Please note that this is a fast-paced role.
Sorter – Checking the cans on the production line for any scratches, markings, defects etc.

Crew shift pattern for each week:
Week 1 – Days – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2 – Days – Wed, Thurs
Week 3 – Nights – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 4 – Nights – Wed, Thurs

Please note that this role requires steel toe-capped work boots.
