We have a new opportunity for you to work as a Production Operative for our prestigious clients dynamic and innovative automotive company based in Middleton, Banbury, OX16 4RS!

Our client, a global automotive supplier for vehicle interiors and emission control technology, who are looking for 30-40 night shift workers. If you are looking for a long term stable role with temporary-permanent opportunities, that also gives you set holidays then this is the job for you!

** EARN UP TO £705 PER WEEK**
Pay rates as a Production Operative:
* Pay rate is £12.30 standard hours
Overtime is available at the following rates:
* OT 1- Up to 8 hours worked above 39 hours per week = T+1/3
* OT2 – Over 8 and up to 16 hours worked over and above 39 hours per week = T+1/2
* OT3 – Over 16 hours worked over and above 39 hours
Shift times and patterns as a Production Operative:
3 shift rotating weekly, average of 39 hours per week with plenty of overtime if wanted!
Morning Shift
* Monday – Friday only 5.55am – 2.00pm
* Breaks: 8.30am – 8.40am each day and 11.15am -11.35am each day
Afternoon Shift
* Monday – Friday only 1.55pm – 10.00pm
* Breaks: 4.30pm – 4.40pm and 7.15pm to 7.35pm
Night Shift (Mon-Thurs)
* Monday – Thursday 21.55pm – 6.00am
* Breaks: 12.30pm – 12.40pm and 3.15am to 3.35am
Night Shift (Fri)
* 9.55pm-06.45am
* Breaks: 12.30am- 12.40am and 03.15am- 03.35am

Your role as a full time Production Operative:
You will be manufacturing automotive interiors for our prestigious automotive clients, and therefore will be producing a high end product, so an eye for quality and detail is key. The role is quite physical and like any physical role may take some adjusting to (So no gym membership required working here!)
