Role – Production Manager
 
Salary – Up to £40,000 Per Annum

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Aylesbury, who require a Production Manager to join their thriving manufacturing team.  This challenging, hands on role requires a committed individual to co-ordinate the day to day operation of their manufacturing department supporting the Operations Manager. You will have excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills overseeing staff, Health & Safety and continuous improvement within the department. You must have experience with improvements that you have introduced in your current role and be familiar with capacity management.

What will you be doing as a Production Manager?

Managing 50 staff on 2 sites
Delivering leading edge technology
Instigating best practices to meet customer needs
Practising LEAN/6 sigma continuous improvement process 
Health & Safety within warehousing and production
Managing material flows
Maintaining and training staff on skills matrix 
Accurate inventory including stock counts
Monitoring outbound traffic volumes
Streamlining internal systems and maximise information flow

Familiar with LEAN 6 sigma continuous improvement process
