Procurement Sourcing & Compliance Specialist required to work in Milton Keynes.

Job purpose:

* The Procurement Sourcing & Compliance Specialist involves engagement at all levels within my client’s and operating using procurement strategies, policies, processes and systems.

* You will be responsible to serve as the liaison between their employer and vendors.

* You will be working on my client’s EProcurement Systems, Wax Digital

* To get involved in sourcing and vetting vendors, negotiating contracts and presenting deals to decision makers.

Skills required:

* Working in a Procurement department for at least 2 years

* Procurement Assistant/Co-Ordinator roles

* Experience in E-Auctions, E-Tenders

* Experience in Sourcing suppliers

* Creation of tender documents

* Stakeholders meetings, stakeholder communication

* Understands supplier compliance

* Must be: comfortable to communicate at all levels, able to be proficient in Excel, can deliver change and best practice

* Must understand how to put together Tender analysis and compliance information into stakeholder reports

* Highly desirable: Wax Digital EProcurement System
