We are recruiting for a Interim Sourcing Manager & Procurement Officer to join a leading infrastructure rail firm.

This is an exciting permanent opportunity to deliver an extensive pipeline of sourcing/procurement requirements, within the Corporate Services category.

1x Interim Sourcing Manager

1x Procurement Officer

Your skills and experience:

Extensive knowledge of Public Contract Regulations Procurement in an environment operating under either the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016 or Public Contract Regulations 2015
Experienced with agile cross-functional collaborative working methods
Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
Politically savvy, with the proven ability to use direct and indirect influencing strategies at an executive level
Previous experience of delivering end to end sourcing activities in a public sector organisation
Previous experience of sourcing indirect and/or corporate services sourcing (preferably within the training category)
Previous experience of delivering sustainable sourcing, including social valueThe role will be delivered primarily from the location in Milton Keynes with some opportunity for home working.
