Cordant People are recruiting for a Plant Manager on behalf of a national client. The client site is based in near Milton Keynes.

Ideally we are looking for an a person who has exiting knowledge of Plant management however if you feel you many have the right competences or skills then read on! They are looking for the right person with knowledge of "Asphalt or aggregates"

Some of the Key Tasks include:-

Ensuring compliance with all Company and statutory Health, Safety and Environmental policies and regulations, promoting best practice with the team in all aspects of the operation.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved by ensuring fast turnaround of Aggregates and Asphalt customers.
Managing the effective operation and maintenance of all assets to maximise productivity and control costs against agreed budgets.
Management, planning, and implementation of preventative and unplanned maintenance, to ensure the efficient operation of the site
Commitment to managing and motivating plant staff on a day-to-day basis, focusing on individual personal development through personal support and the identification and implementation of specific training needs
Maintaining administrative records in all areas of the business including Health, Safety and the Environment; Personnel; Sales; Procurement, Quality and Energy ManagementIf you feel you may be suitable please apply. Due to a high demand we will only be in contact with shortlisted candidates.
