We are MyDek Ltd – on a mission to make high-rise balcony living safer through our fully certified non-combustible decking system.

Operating in the huge balcony refurbishment market as well as the new-build market, we harness our vast experience, creativity, passion and drive to make balconies and terraces safe places to be.

We are now seeking an Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As the Operations Manager, you will focus on developing our team, operational efficiency and supply chain partner effectiveness whist taking our business to the next level.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will build and maintain scalable systems and processes which improve our overall efficiency, with the aim of having a full ISO9001 certified system by the end of Q4 2022.

You will help create a positive work environment and lead and develop the Operations Team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times and targets are met, as we scale to double our turnover in the next two years.

Additionally, you will:

– Increase our OTIF and NPS scores from clients and suppliers
– Review workloads and manpower to ensure KPIs are achieved and targets are met
– Oversee the performance improvement, SLAs, risk management and pricing of our current suppliers
– Oversee product quality and supplier invoicing accuracy
– Support the Operations Director and the Operations Team with supply chain relationships and reporting

About You

To join us as our Operations Manager, you will need:

– At least two years’ successful experience as an Operations Manager with responsibility for stock control via a 3PL supply chain
– Experience in supplier performance management with measurable improvements achieved
– Experience developing processes, process improvement and waste/inefficacy reduction
– Experience with ERP or supply chain systems that provide supply chain capacity planning, stock optimisation and live update reporting
– Experience working within a role that is responsible for QA
– Experience in the implementation of ISO systems
– The ability to evaluate complex business requirements and handle detailed data analysis
– Full, valid driving licence, preferably clean

Lean, Six Sigma and/or TOC training would be beneficial to your application but not essential.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm.
