As Operations Manager for TriConnex, you will be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of projects in the Midlands.
You will be required to liaise with colleagues within the Company to ensure best practice is shared across all regions. Collaboratively working with the utility's departments promoting a combined service offering, ensuring customer's requirements are met in line with expectations. Driving a positive H&S culture and pro-active approach in developing TriConnex's service offering.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Assisting and supporting the Senior Operations Manager in the development of the Operations department and offering;
Contributing as a member of the Operations Team to deliver of the company strategy, business plan and objectives.
Responsible for multiple projects ensuring they are effectively managed and delivered in line with customers' expectations, the company 10 day promise and on budget.
Reviewing the weekly schedule to ensure works are undertaken as planned and the correct resources are in place;
Supporting and working with the utility departments to ensure safe working practices are in place promoting a positive H&S working culture;
Monitoring productivity of multiple projects, ensuring best practice and quality networks are constructed in line with adopters' and industry guidelines;
Managing sub-contract civils contractors undertaking off-site works on behalf of Triconnex
Liaising with senior and local representatives of third-party organisations e.g. Developers, Contractors, Highway Agencies or others to build strong relations and network of contacts;
Operations Manager Requirements:
Based in the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedford or Northamptonshire region.
Strong commercial awareness of contract performance including forecasting and programming;
Knowledge of utilities, highways and developer sector technologies, techniques, specifications and standards/codes of practice.
Ability to work as part of a highly focused team to meet deadlines and to work with others to achieve shared goals.
Ability to analyse performance data to recognise trends and implement development plans.
Skilled in the successful management, supervision and delivery of multiple utility projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain compelling relationships.
Ability to work on own initiative with a self-motivated approach.
Empathetic approach to both internal and external customers, offering first class customer service at all time with the ability to investigate, resolve or escalate customer issues/requirements.
Technical audits and report writing skills.
Previous experience within a management or supervisory position.
NRSWA, SMSTS and CSCS cards/certification.
