A fantastic opportunity has a risen for a Security Operations Manager, you will be working for one of the UK’s most successful FM company,

Duties include

* To manage operational service delivery in line with the contract terms

* To be main point of client contact.

* Regular interaction with site contacts

* Ensure that all personnel working on the account have completed all contractually required training

* Ensure that disciplinary and grievances are dealt with in line with company policy

* Provision of management data and reports for the customer in a timely manner

* Managing a large client portfolio
