This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Recruitment Agencies as an On-site, Site Support based in Amazon STN8 at Magna Park, Milton Keynes, MK17 8EW.

Payrate: £10.80 p/h days / £11.80 p/h nights

Shift: 40 hours per week + Overtime. 10-hour shifts, minimum 4 days/week. Day and night shift opportunities are available. You will be required to work alternative weekends.

Our associates are the key to our success, this vital role will support the day to day management of our workforce to ensure we run a smooth and efficient operation.

Managing and supporting our Temporary workforce, you will support with the new starter onboarding and leavers off boarding process, attendance and absences monitoring, manging and confirming shift rota's, monitoring performance management, ensuring that health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times. You will have professional communication skills, both verbally and written and will be a confident and competent user of Excel, word and email.

Key duties include:

Managing daily reporting though Internal systems and Excel
Leading, managing and supervising our temporary workforce.
Engaging and developing strong professional relationships – internally and externally.
Monitor and maintaining health and safety (H&S) standards
Liaising with Site Manager's and internal teams
Investigating complaints and grievances in line with company policy
Working as part of a team, exceeding deadlines, and ensuring we have a happy workforce
