This HR Assistant/ Office Administrator role is being recruited on an initial 6-12 month fixed term contract with a view of developing into a permanent role. Description
HR Assistant/ Office Administrator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be the first point of contact for all first line HR admin support (manage the HR inbox).
Efficiently manage and administer the HR Administration service
Responsible for administering and maintaining all contractual changes, ensuring letters are produced, issued and returned in a timely manner.
Assist to process the monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in producing and maintaining regular HR reports
Interact and collaborate, building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
Support with HR projects and initiatives.Profile
The HR Assistant/ Office Administrator successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:
Ideally have previous HR experience if not prior office administration experience
CIPD qualification desirable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be agile and adapt to changing priorities
Team player
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal
Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Keen attention to detail
Proactive problem solver
Highly organised and pragmatic approach and able to deliver to set deadlines
Holds high level of professionalism at all times, ensuring high standards.Job Offer
