We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 17 regions and 3 timber frame factories. Right now, we are looking for an experienced Team Administrator, to join our new regional office in Milton Keynes.
About the role…
Milton Keynes is one of the newest regional offices for Countryside and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company as an integral part of the team. You will assist each department with general administrative duties, filing and organisational needs. Providing a timely, accurate and efficient administrative service to the business unit.
As an Office Administrator, you will ensure that trackers are maintained and that electronic files for each department are kept up to date and are stored in the correct location, compliant with GDPR regulations.
You will also be responsible for attending meetings and taking minutes with any actions distributed as well as preparing manuals, handbooks, information packs and health and safety files.

You’ll have previous experience in a similar role, particularly with proven experience working with a central documents database, with the ability to work on your own initiative, without supervision, effectively managing your time and completing tasks in order of priority.
You will have great Microsoft skills, particularly Excel, and be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail!
