This is a development focused role, which will require a motivated and creative person to lead products from concept through to launch – you will need to be a excellent communicator, have very strong presentations skills and be able build excellent rapport with clients.

As an NPD Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects from concept to launch, agree timelines and commercial targets. You will identify and evaluate food trends to create the business vision and customer strategy. Manage and optimise the development process whilst coaching & developing the team to maximise the creative potential.

You will need to have experience at a senior development level, be extremely confident in a customer facing role and have strong retailer experience. Real passion for food and what you do is essential. You will need to be educated to a degree level or have equivalent experience within food. This is an amazing opportunity that will suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

Whilst the successful candidate needs to have previous experience leading a team, this is the perfect role for someone looking to step up to Management at a larger site.

Minimum 4 years experience in NPD is required to apply for this position.
