Night Shift Manager (Warehouse) – Ideal Bathrooms – Milton Keynes

The purpose of this role is to ensure that we provide the highest possible standard of service thereby contributing to company sales and profits, to be flexible and cover all roles during holidays and sickness as and when required. To deal with all manufacturers in a professional way.

Ensure all staff has adequate product knowledge and training.
Support the management of the site WMS system.
Oversee and manage product pick an vehicle loading operations.
Ensure all staff has regular team briefings and promote a positive attitude culture.
Regular appraisals of direct Reports.
All staff disciplinary matters are logged with the Warehouse Manager in accordance with company policy.
Every precaution is taken to safeguard the Company's stock, money and all other Company assets.
Up to date knowledge of products, technology and regulations are maintained.
Prepare for and carry out regular Stock Takes in accordance with company stock take procedures.
Ensure that the depot complies with Health & Safety rules and regulations as set out by the Company.
Ensuring all Vans are loaded safely and secured, complying with company policies and regulations.
Ensure productivity and quality targets.
