Kitchen Areas
* Thoroughly sweep and mop tiled/lino floor surfaces, including walk in fridges & freezers paying attention to all corners and edges – ensure to move equipment where possible
* Thoroughly spot clean all tiled/stainless steel wall and door surfaces removing all hand marks, spillage etc – ensure to move equipment where possible
* Dust and damp wipe all sills, ledges and skirting boards
* Wipe down all kitchen surfaces and fridges – sides/backs/tops/wheels – ensure to pull equipment out where possible
* Wash and dry extraction canopy – removing vents
* After self-clean – rinse the rational ovens and wipe down all surfaces
* Clean inside and outside of alto shams
* Clean gastronomes and lids to alto shams
* Scour grill using metal brush
* Clean and empty trays under all the grills
* Clean the inside of all the grills
* Wipe down all of chip fryer – inside and outside surfaces
* Clean and wipe down dishwasher – inside and outside – including any leftover plates/cutlery
* Remove filters in any required machinery and clean thoroughly
Back of House
* Thoroughly sweep and mop lino floor surfaces using a solution of disinfectant and water, paying special attention to all corners and edges
* Spot clean tiled/painted wall surfaces, removing all hand marks, splash marks, etc
* Spot clean all door surfaces removing all hand marks, kick marks and spillage
* Dust and damp wipe all sills, ledges and skirting boards
10.30pm start to 1.30am
5 – 7 days per week negotiable shifts
3 hours per night each
