National Account Business Support Executive

Milton Keynes

£28,000 + OTE £5000-£8,000

We are recruiting for an energetic and tenacious individual to join a highly successful manufacturing company within the foodservices and hospitality industry. The primary responsibility is to support the National Account Manager, nurturing current accounts but also developing their own leads. Our client is extensively growing and investing in their national team to expand and develop positive profits.

The role would suit someone with an understanding of the hospitality and foodservice industry and have experience in internal sales and working with the end user.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new business relationships

* Develop an understanding of the customer’s needs and local market insights

* Contact prospective clients via phone/email

* Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through until resolution

* Conduct research to ascertain new business opportunities

* Customer and sales analysis to investigate and provide market intelligence with evidence and reports

* Complete all administration reports and requests on time to ensure all business opportunities are fully taken advantage of

Skills and Experience

* Knowledge of hospitality and foodservice industry – essential

* Excellent spoken and written English

* Methodical, with emphasis on quality and attention to detail

* A team player, but also works well using their own initiative

* Fun and personable whilst professional

* Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
