Synergi are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading Food Manufacturers who supply the top supermarkets with several their products. This is the chance to join a company who have heavily invested into their site brining in new automated technology to increase production levels. The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer would be joining an experienced team of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers with a vast amount of experience and knowledge of the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

– Conducting Reactive and planned Maintenance on high-speed production
Machinery to the companies standard.
– Work in a clean and orderly manner in compliance with the company's Hygiene Code of Practice.
– Deliver improvement work on machinery and site improvement work.
– Possess a good level of understanding to the process, products and all quality procedures.
– Responsible for overseeing Planned Maintenance
– Diagnosing faults
– Identifying problems on machinery and implementing solutions.
– Continuous improvements.

The Ideal background of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

– FMCG experience essential (Food advantageous)
– Electrical Apprenticeship / Electrical Engineering Qualification
– 18th edition (Advantageous)

Package
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 (Depending on Experience)
