A quick look at the role
We are currently recruiting for a permanent Mobilisation Project Coordinator to join our Contracts Mobilisation Team based in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will assist and support the Business Development Managers in all aspects of administration work for new business mobilisations and will assist and support the Account Managers in all aspects of administration work for existing business optimisations and demobilisations. The role is challenging and varied and will require someone who possesses a strong multitasking skillset.

*** Work environment will be split between our Aylesbury office and home working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) ***

Ensure that correct business processes are followed for successful mobilisation of new business, ranging from £50K – £9M
Accurate and timely completion of forms and recording of documents.
Work to ISO standards
Follow all auditable procedures (such as checklists) and ensure they are completed within the deadlines that are set.
Find solutions for sites where Biffa are unable to service directly & liaise with Supply Chain to find profitable sub-contracted work.
Importing data from Excel into the in-house database.
Setting up new and amending existing contracts and purchase orders
Liaising with the Business Development Managers/Account Managers to ensure we meet the customer needs and requirements throughout mobilisation.
Liaising with the Customer at a Head Office and Site level.
Maintain a running update of all projects within the shared folders, including all revenue details on Mobilisation schedulesRequirements
Ability to manage own workload effectively and efficiently while keeping to strict deadlines.
Proficient user of Microsoft packages including advanced level Excel
Highly proactive with a positive approach.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills
Articulate and confident with high standards of verbal and written communication
Ability to work in partnership with internal departments, (potential) customers and other organisations
