A quick look at the role
The MI Reporting Coordinator produces the monthly dashboards for Corporate Accounts in line with the contracted deadlines. You will be responsible for providing support to the Sector Head, Account Directors and Account Managers with additional reports or projects agreed with their line manager.

*** Post Covid this will be a 'blended' role with the flexibility to work 50% of the time remotely ***

Production of monthly dashboard reports and management information for corporate customers or sectors.

To assist the sector with data cleansing to ensure correct address, costs, PO's and reference numbers etc are entered onto the Central system.
Supporting Account Directors and Account Managers within innovation on their accounts by assisting with analysis of volumes, spend and savings.
Supporting Sector Heads, Account Directors and Account Managers with additional one off reports or projects agreed with their line manager
Supporting with Excel, Dashboard and Power BI trainingRequirements

Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced level Excel

Analytical with the ability to understand numerical data
Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
Disciplined and able to deliver to tight deadlines and target
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Articulate and confident with high standards of verbal and written communication
Ability to work in partnership with internal departments, (potential) customers and other organisations
Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively
Ability to deal with conflict and negotiate / manage the appropriate outcome
