Logistics Planning Coordinator, Milton Keynes

12 month contract

Up to £29,000

As Logistics Planning Coordinator, you will provide support to the Supply Chain Manager, and plan the supply chain of all products from the Factory to the UK Import Centre, Co-Ordinate logistical operations to ensure a timely and efficient logistical transfer of Automotive products to the Dealer Network.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include:

Support Supply Chain Manager in planning deliveries from compound to Dealerships.
Produce KPI reports for stock across various locations
Support with managing aged / derogation stock, availability, and order management
Support factory production ordering via various systems
Produce stock forecast sheet
Support the Supply Chain Manager in daily logistics operations for New & Used cars.
Form a strong relationship with Logistic partners.
Managing the ordering of products through to delivery with regular updates.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Knowledge, understanding or exposure to core principles of sales and logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
Experience of a similar stock planning role within a Wholesale or Retail Industry
Flexible in approach, with the ability to reprioritise and multi-task when required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative ethos and the ability to interact and influence a diverse range of people
Focused and resilient, with the ability to deliver effectively in a pressurised environment
High productivity, an acute attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
