Great Opportunity for an experienced administrator to work for our client based just outside of Aylesbury. The role will be based within the Transport team, the purpose of the role is to support both the office and transport department's with daily administrative support. If you have previously worked in a Logistics Administration role or worked in an administration role in Transport, or engineering this would be an advantage.

What's in it for you ? Contracted working hours – Monday-Friday. 8.00am – 5.30pm, holidays – 22 holidays per annum plus bank holidays (Increasing with Length of Service) Pension – 4% contribution match
The job? Receiving hire bookings (which are generated from the hire controllers), checking they are correct and that payment has been taken, processing them, and booking delivery times to ensure hire equipment gets to the end user. You will also be responsible for all hire equipment returns, monitoring the bookings and following up with any returns that are overdue.
