Quality Personnel are recruiting a permanent International Business Support Executive for their highly successful manufacturing client based in Brinklow, Milton Keynes.

You’ll be conducting research and analysis to identify and define audience and client groups and potential overseas partners whilst supporting the International Business Executive.

This role would really suit someone who understands the hospitality and foodservice industry, working closely with distribution and manufacturers.

Main duties

• Research potential leads and keep up to date with developments within the industry

• Contact potential clients via email mainly, and some telephone

• Conduct research to identify new international business development opportunities in international markets

• Be active, chasing feedback from the sales teams around leads you have provided

• Build an international network

• Execute an action plan for each account and a follow-up approach on inbound requests

• Set/agree monthly/weekly targets and campaigns to collaboratively deliver commercial programmes

To be considered:

• Knowledge of hospitality and foodservice industry would be advantageous

• Cultural sensitivity – overseas experience essential

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Knowledge of another language is desirable

• Organised, and likes a project

• Quality and attention to detail

• Knowledge of business systems – (Microsoft, CRM, Linked In etc.)

• Experience and/or ability to learn about technical products and applications
