Do you have experience of working as a Resourcing Advisor and looking for a role in the South East?
Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting a global security company as they look to recruit a Full Time Resourcing Advisor (FTC 9 month maternity cover). You will be reporting into the Senior Resourcing Advisor and have experience in a similar or recruitment focused role.
Salary for this role is circa £25k
About the role
As part of the role, you will be expected to design, deliver, and monitor cost effective recruitment campaigns.
Work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure that sensitive documents are reviewed, and recruitment activities are planned and implemented timely.
Advise teams and managers on the most appropriate recruitment and selection processes and strategies.
Drive all recruitment activity to be efficient, effective, and timely.
Produce and analyse statistical information to provide the business with summary recruitment and performance indicators.
Ensure that all recruitment data is recorded and updated for reporting purposes.

Resourcing Advisor – About you
You must have proven experience or a keen interest of working in recruitment.
Experience of managing stakeholders including establishing and building effective relationships.
Have knowledge and recruitment-related legislation and equal opportunities/ diversity issues.
Awareness of recruitment advertising methods and interviewing techniques.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple campaigns.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively with the ability to influence
