Help us make a difference as a HR Graduate Trainee – Talent Development
A quick look at the role.
Working within our Learning and Organisational Development team you will gain experience across all aspects of Talent Development and Talent Management. In your first twelve months you will gain experience working alongside our in-house recruitment team, our training team and our employee experience team.

You will gain experience is talent attraction and talent development moving quickly into a role that specialises in one of these areas. Initial tasks will include:
Supporting our recruitment managers with a recruitment campaign and the hiring process. You will be responsible to briefing and interviewing applicants
Supporting the delivery of in-house training including the development and delivery of fresh learning content
Developing learning content in a variety media including e-learning and video
Leading your own talent project that will contribute to the broader Biffa Talent Management priorities.In addition, you will find yourself part of our 2021 Biffa Graduate Trainee cohort. You will be joining a group of graduates who are working in a mixture of Biffa roles. Your first twelve months as a graduate cohort will offer a range of training and experiences that will accelerate your induction to our organisation and our industry.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role you will have:
A relevant degree level qualification
High levels of potential. To win a place on our Graduate Trainee Programme we'll need to know that you're ambitious and very capable.
Great interpersonal skills that will help you to engage with collegues and applicants with enthusiasm and credibility
Amazing presentation skills that will be the foundation for your experience in the limelight of a Trainer
Tech savviness that means you're a natural when it comes to creating learning content using the latest software applications
