A senior Human Resources Business Partner is required for a 12 month contract working for a major rail organisation. The role will be initially home based, then Milton Keynes with requirement to travel nationwide.
Working on a significant organisational change programme in a key function of the business, you will be supporting the Senior Leadership team in strategic operations of the programme. This will include but not limited to working with trade unions, change matrices, talent succession plans, providing HR expertise to senior management, highlighting issues, business partnering and other key areas of strategic human resource management in a change management project.
Successful candidate will have significant strategic HR experience, ideally with organisational change within large, complex organisations, experience in dealing with trade unions and business partnering. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must plus a drive for excellent customer service. A relevant CIPD or post graduate HR qualification would be highly desirable for this role.
This role is in a publicly funded organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
