Job Title:   HR Advisor – Franchise experience

Location:   Milton Keynes

Salary:      £30,000 per annum

Hours:       Monday – Friday

Purpose:

To work with our client who is based in Milton Keynes. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor with franchise experience.

Roles and Responsibilities – including but not limited to:

Providing expert advice regarding HR processes to the team 
Coach and support line managers 
Deliver HR action plans 
Develop HR policies 
Keep up to date with HR legislation 
Analyse people data 
Work closely with managers to develop local HR action plans

Skills & Experience

CIPD qualified
Experience of working as a HR advisor/generalist
Experience of handling employee relation matters
Excellent organisational skills
Results driven and enthusiastic
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
