We are currently seeking a Head of Therapies to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) at The Huntercombe Hospital Maidenhead.
12 months Fixed Term, Maternity cover.
As the leader of our highly skilled multidisciplinary team you will;
• Be a therapist with current HCPC or professional registration or anyone part of an MDT.
• Operationally manage and supervise the therapy teams including Psychology, Family Therapy, Dietetics, Creative Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
• Work closely with and report directly to the Hospital Director
• Have a strong clinical background and maintain a clinical remit dependent on your skill set.
• Be an innovator, an educator and a mentor who provides robust representation for therapy services within the Senior Management team and the Huntercombe Group.
• Carry out audit, policy and service development and research activities and/or programmes. The post holder will also propose and implement policy and service development changes within HHM.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing standards across Therapy Services within THG Maidenhead which support professional leadership, competence, capacity and standards of conduct.
• Working with senior management, to define and implement new ways of working to maximise the benefits to deliver gains in cost and clinical effectiveness and efficiency.
