One of our clients is looking for someone to head up their team of recruiters and resourcers in Milton Keynes, they specalise in IT/Digital and Sales recruitment, must have experience of working within specialist consultancy, within an agency, as well as management. This is a fantastic opportunity, they work on a hybrid capacity, this isn't compulsory, two days home, two days office and flexi Fridays, the aim is to complete all set targets by Thursday and have Fridays off. They also have company cars or car allowances. Trips to Las Vegas, Alps etc. Full support is giving, fantastic brand.

Some duties:

* Head of immersive

* Budgeting

* Training and kpi management

* As a company not heavilly kpi driven

* One to one's

* Managing key accounts

* Marketing/head hunting/advtising
