Head of Sales and Purchasing sought by fast-growing fragrance/ perfume business based in Buckinghamshire. Hybrid role.

After 5 years of tremendous growth they are now looking for a Head of Commercial to look after their sales, buying and admin teams.

The Head of Commercial is required to ensure that all commercial aspects of the business under their remit are appropriately managed and controlled, and that commercial strategy is developed and delivered in accordance with the requirements of the business. We are seeking a passionate candidate who thrives in a fast-paced role and can hit the ground running.

YOU MUST HAVE
First and foremost a track record of running successful sales teams, preferably in the beauty, fragrance, luxury, or fashion arenas.
In addition;
*Experience of managing a high performing team
*Ability to formulate and execute a robust training programme
*A track record of meeting sales and margin targets, together with high quality reporting.
*Highly driven to succeed, energetic and determined
*Confident communicator at all levels
*Strong negotiating skills
*Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
*A real problem solver, constantly seeking solutions
*High levels of attention to detail
*Computer literate in MS Office
