This is a large food retail group with a national network of stores and an on-line presence. The company operates a number of DCs and one of its largest RDCs is based in Milton Keynes. A large operation with approaching 500 staff at peak, it has been the recipient of considerable investment over recent years.

Internal promotion has created the need for a new General Manager. In this instance we are looking for someone with food or grocery industry experience who has managed large warehousing operations or production facilities.

You will have experience managing teams of 500+ staff in unionised environments.
