T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a successful international organisation who have an opportunity for a FP&A Analyst to join their team. As FP&A Analyst you will report to the Head of FP&A and play a pivot role in delivering the team’s objectives.
Salary £50,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance & the genuine opportunity for career progression.
Remote working with travel as required
As FP&A Analyst your remit will include:
* Planning – Support development of operational / financial plans to achieve the MTP targets over monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Responsible for production of forecasting processes that are continuous, comprehensive, and collaborative.
* Own the KPI reporting, planning development process leading to higher data integrity and value analysis
* Business performance – Support production of a monthly Board-quality reporting package that includes full financial statements and key performance indicators (both financial and non-financial). Develops performance dashboards that drive analysis of performance and explanations.
* Performance improvement initiatives – Support performance improvement / transformation, so that actual business performance can be tracked against targeted expectations. Ensure benefit and cost tracking of key initiatives is embedded into the reporting structure to ensure sufficient transparency that is cascaded throughout the business.
* Support the financial planning and reporting system maintenance and development working with IT delivery teams. Ensure stakeholders are trained
* Service delivery – Provide support and insight proactively to stakeholder and identify risks and opportunities
* Finance team – Key member contributing to the wider business finance community, supporting best practice and drive change through the business
To be successful as FP&A Analyst you will have the following skills and attributes:
* ACA/ACCA//CIMA qualified and experience of providing financial planning services of the highest standard
* Understands the drivers of business performance and translates into opportunities
* Understands planning techniques used in short, medium, and long-term forecast horizons
* A strong ability to collaborate with others, and skilled in working in a matrix environment.
* Advanced excel and systems application skills.
* Experience of using Adaptive Insights an advantage
* Excellent analytical / organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
* Possess a high degree of work ethic, commitment to personal development, commercial acumen, and professional transparency
