Job Title: FMCG Shift Operations Manager
Location: Haddenham, Bucks
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Permanent, Full Time
Shifts: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm (rotating pattern)

About the job role
The Shift Operations Manager works on a rotating basis being responsible for all activity on site from a Safety, Quality and Performance perspective.

Responsible for ensuring all new starters receive induction inline with site onboarding processes
Ensure full compliance with company Quality, Food Safety and Environmental requirements
Assisting with the integration of new equipment within manufacturing, operations and projects teams
Responsible for leading and developing a team
Management of approximately 15-20 employees ensuring they have goals and development plans
Coaching on a daily basis
Responsible for area labour planning and cost control
Reporting area performance on a shift by shift basis
Skills/experience required

Degree level in relevant subject e.g. Business Management and Leadership
Experience in working within an FMCG environment
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team having excellent people management skills
Ability to communicate feedback and develop learning within a team
IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
HACCP Level 3
Additional Information
The role is a full time role working a rotating shift pattern of Monday-Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Upon acceptance of the role, you will be required to perform a background check (expensed by the company).
