Role: Field Service Technician – Production Print (Luton, Bedford, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes)

Location: Field-Based covering Luton, Bedford, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes)

Package: To £28,000 (DOE) plus Company Vehicle, Bonus and Company Benefits

Currently we have an opportunity for someone to join our Field based Services team, to provide Ricoh customers with a professional, efficient maintenance and repair service across their Printer range.

What you will be doing…

Provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of printing equipment

Deliver a first-class customer experience

Management and control of your vehicle stock, to improve first-time fix to customers, and to minimise stock losses
You will ideally have…

Good knowledge & experience of print products and working within a document / production environment

Excellent knowledge of printing equipment with strong product knowledge (Multi-functional devices, high-end would be a bonus)

Proven fault-finding techniques

IT literacy

Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills
