Opportunity to join a friendly facilities team based in Bletchley. Fantastic company to join!

Hours of work: 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 8am-4pm (1 hour lunch break per day) = 39 hours per week

£10.25 per hour

Basic duties:

• Gardening duties, to include regular weeding and cutting of grass.

• Basic plumbing and other site maintenance/repairs

• Up-keep of site cleanliness, interior and exterior.

• Preparing plastic & Cardboard waste ready for recycling.

• Basic repair of tools – training provided

• Basic maintenance of company vehicles including safety checks and cleaning

• Carry out weekly scrap run

• Operate fork truck as and when required to facilitate a range of outcomes.

Experience required:

* Must have skills to be able to carry out duties above – DIY experience or relevant work experience.

* FLT licence an advantage

* Ability to liaise and communicate well to build rapport with various departments and contractors who you will have daily contact with.
