Exciting Opportunity for a Customer Service Executive who has Import & Export experience! Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to work as a Customer Service Executive.
Do you have export / Import experience? have you worked with freight forwarders? Do you have some post Brexit experience? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you!!
You will manage & coordinate all aspects of the product Sales, Customer Service and Export process.

Key responsibilities:
Day to Day Tasks. Provide excellent customer service to UK and international customers including European dealer network. Manage sales process from quotation, order processing and delivery through SAP. Gain confidence over time to successfully identify spare parts . To expedite shipments (including worldwide imports/exports, working with Freight Forwarders, internal transport, and parcel carriers to ensure timely collection/delivery)
Create export paperwork including commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin. Printing and managing decals and manuals in a variety of languages to meet customers' expectations and requirements. Supporting sales team with machine quotations, spare parts enquiries, and delivery queries.
Coordinate international travel for customers, trainers and prospective customers including booking of flights, transport, and accommodation. Supporting Exhibitions where needed. Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. Manage Aftersales processes including any warranty claims, technical bulletins, and product recalls across a number of manufacturers with different approaches.
Person Specification Essential/ Desirable A very strong administrator and order processor with 5+ years' experience
Proven track record of 'spinning plates' and ability to juggle a variety of orders at the same time. Experience and knowledge of import / export processes and paperwork (ideally post-brexit) within their day to day role.
Previous experience of working with freight forwarders across all modes of transport, confident in negotiating rates. Knowledge and experience of Aftersales processes and systems including warranty and repair operations. Some previous knowledge of parts identification
Essential Skills and Abilities. Excellent communicator with the skills to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the business, customers and suppliers
Extremely organized. Confidence in identifying potential improvements and workarounds to simplify and smooth processes. Knowledge of SAP
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Personal Attributes. Ability to work under pressure. Good problem-solving skills. Resilient to changing situations and priorities and able to enact prompt action . Committed to working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction (including delegating and covering colleagues.
