We are looking for a global events assistant to join a growing marketing organisation. This role would suit somebody who loves travelling or someone who wants to travel. You will be travelling for around 30 weeks of the year. This is a customer serving based role, can be long hours, training involved. Our client deal with a lot of racing events and can be quite physically demanding. This opportunity boasts career progression and competitive salary, and benefits.

Duties

-Setting up marquees.

-Building pop up stands.

-working with local staff.

-serving and communicating with customers, meeting new people.

-selling merchandising.

Skills

-Need to have great customer service skills.

-Ability to work long hours (time in lieu).

– Bubbly and approachable (confidence).

– Flexible (not too many commitments) .

Days working can vary due to travelling but 40 hours a week.

£25k, massive progression opportunities (could lead to events manager)

Expenses paid for including flights, accommodation and food.
