Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday days with flexibility to work from home 50% of the time
Salary: Excellent Day Rate + Expenses
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Demand Planner to join our Industry Leading Food Client to support the collaborative agenda across the Demand Planning team.
This high-profile role focusses on Building and maintaining strong cross functional ways of working across supply planning and commercial functions
Demand Planning role:
Maintain robust relationships with all the cross functional team such as, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations and Commercial
Support with any tracking and reporting of the supply chain continuous improvement agenda
Managing Monthly cycles looking at previous months sales, forecast to Support the business and commercial teams
Build and maintain strong cross functional ways of working across supply planning and commercial functions
Update historical sales trends, research demand drivers preparing forecast data and analyst
Maintaining and communication KPI's, Forecast Accuracy, NPD data and information
Make relevant system changes as required (SAP)What we need from you:
Proven experience working as a Demand Planner within Manufacturing environment preferably Food or FMCG
Bachelors' degree in Finance or business
Strong analytical skills – strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate diverse information, identify relevant data, recommend and implement corrective actions
Competent in Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP's ad ability to create formulas whilst having the ability to manipulate data
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain cross functional relationships
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills
